Conditions of Practice
Conditions of Practice emerged from a period in which the conditions for making work shifted dramatically. Working with cut index cards, watercolor, tape, and other modest materials, the project establishes a portable practice that can be sustained outside the studio. Each drawing accepts limitation not as a constraint to overcome, but as a condition that shapes the work itself.
